A nice sample library will tend to sound good in a static sort of way when played from a keyboard but even the best libraries seem to need a bunch of editing to get them to sound like a human blowing into a reed. Then all of the sudden it started sounding more like a piano than a sax. Fantastic groove and dancefloor killer. String Thing 2 is a plucked string virtual instrument with advanced controls and filtering to create a more natural tone. Yeah, Kontakt works in Ableton - it's an awesome sampler. It's free, what did you expect? Also all samplemodeling are good for solo use but not so good for big ensenbles imho. Loopmasters do not have nor do they claim any association with or endorsement by these brands. These live, sometimes hoarse sounds will add some spicy grooves to your rhythmical tracks or a smooth feeling to lyrical ones.
